Incantations in the Garden of Abandonment & Delight XIX
Inside the garden of abandonment and delight there is a ghost who watches and waits. The daughter of Mother Earth, sacrificed on the altar of entropy. She offered herself fully. One mother unto another. Her skin translucent and lush, like succulents; ripe, delectable... umami. Then the withering began. And the carrion came. And with them, a sweet and beautiful decay.
Strange, how nothing grows here now. Except kudzu. It's tendril-like vines choking the life out of anything and everything. This was once a hothouse, furnishing the jaded with the illusion of innocence.
She raises a flame, and whispers in ancient tongues, awaiting the return of her mother... as once dead weeds... rise.
